Abdul Gafoor (Hub Chowki)
Designed as a comfortable home away from home, this alluring property in Hub Chowki is a modern retreat for city dwellers. We wanted to ensure the property’s exterior complemented the landscape, so we designed a sleek building façade with dark-coloured pergolas.
To ensure sufficient privacy for the occupants, we installed decorative columns, which are a part of the façade and also work to protect the main balcony from the sun and prying eyes.
The owner wanted a leisurely property design, so we conceptualised a mini swimming pool. The pool is covered at the top and on one side with intricately carved wooden dividers that let natural light in, creating a private little cove for a relaxing dip on a hot day.
A small water feature and an easy-to-maintain garden are the perfect addition to the property for clients with a busy schedule looking for a manageable second home on the outskirts of Karachi.

Our client approached us for a façade uplift and overall property gradation on an old property. We made sure that the client got what they wanted. From listening to their requirements and specific family needs, we developed a plan to add oomph and modernity to the decrepit building.
Using different design concepts and, at the same time, maintaining a sleek and modern style, we designed the property in a way that it will look great for the next two decades. The outer wall is designed to stand out, while the pergolas on the balcony give it a nice touch.

Jamali Associates have completed the Amna Dental Clinic project as a combination of functionality and professional design. The interior design has been carried out keeping in mind the dentist’s and their staff’s needs.
A minimalist professional desk with slim wall-to-wall cabinets allows the paperwork and consultation to be handled easily. An ideally placed dentist’s chair allows for an easy workflow for the main doctor and the assistant, where the dentist can work without discomfort.

Musadiq
A comfortable home is well-lit, spacious, and has spaces that add to the comfort and joy of the occupants. We designed a property for our client but with an indoor-outdoor living concept. We designed a lovely sunlit courtyard for the family to enjoy nature and commune or for the adults to enjoy refreshing tea.
The home is an epitome of modern convenience along with space and privacy considerations for each individual- being rendered so that each space is secluded and yet a part of the home. The home has a lovely balcony on the front elevation with some outstanding creativity making it a landmark in the area.

Hozafa Golam
If you live in a large family, you know the struggles of having privacy and spaces for the family to sit together.
This project has been done with the entire family’s needs in mind. It is a multistoried building, so that the needs of a growing family can be accommodated. A lavish, spacious balcony overlooking a serene area was designed to provide respite for adults and children.
Well-lit rooms designed to let maximum light in are the highlight of this project. The neutral shades used on the façade are by no means dull. They help the property stand out!
